Warm noted Support 2.4G wifi only.There are 2 pairing modes,quick pairing(touch mode)and compatible mode.Once the relay is power on,it will go to quick pairing mode,red light blink 2 short 1 long,no need to long press the pairing button.open ewelink app and select quick(touch)mode.If quick mode can't work,especially for some android phone,please use compatilbe mode.when red light is blinking 2 short 1 long, press the pairing button for 5 seconds again,the LED indicator will blink constantly,now it will go to compatible mode.finish paring as instruction in ewelink app When pairing,please make sure both the relay and your phone are connected to the same 2.4G wifi,and please put it close to your router to finish pairing firstly,then you can take it to where it'll be fixed. If it can't be pairing successfully,please check the FAQ in your ewelink app,(Device offline)check the status of LED indicator to find the potential causes.
