From the Manufacturer The Channellock 358CB, 8-Inch Code Blue End Cutter, has new Code Blue designation on handles that makes it easier than ever to choose the right tool for the job. The grips have a Santoprene core with TPR-rubber overmold which composites for durability, comfort, and secure grip. These cutters are precision made of fine polished, high carbon drop forged steel and have laser-hardened cutting edges which provide longer life and greater ease of cut.
