With an attic fan, you can cool the attic to the same temperature as it is outside, greatly reducing the house from heating as quickly. If you need to replace your existing attic fan thermostat, this is the perfect option for you! Includes a simple adjustment knob on the front of the thermostat to set the on temperature. When your attic reaches the set temperature, your attic fan will turn on and when your attic falls below that temperature, the attic fan will turn off.
