Product Description Brute Platinum 29 Piece High Speed Steel Jobber Drill Bit Set: 1/6"-1/2" x 64ths. 135 degree split point, unique web geometry and premium high speed steel with NOMO surface treatment. From the Manufacturer Brute Platinum Jobber drill bit sets are developed to outperform standard cutting tools. The Twister set includes: 1/16-1/2"x64ths bits. The combination of quality raw materials, geometries and surface treatments provide consistent quality for predictable high performance. Field tests have proven Brute Platinum XL5 drills penetrate faster than cobalt, providing lower fatigue levels to the operator, since less force is required to drill. Manufactured from a premium grade of molybdenum high speed steel, which is further enhanced by a wear resistant NOMO (Nitrite on Margin Only) treatment, Brute Platinum drills hold a sharp cutting edge.
