About Sasa Demarle SF 00112 Silform Non-Stick Perforated
This Silform® mat is a preformed non-stick bread mat with a perforated texture and round molds, ideal for baking all types of buns and rolls. Contains 15 molds, each with 4-inch diameter and 3/4-inch depth. With its non-stick properties, food comes out without effort, and the perforations enable uniform heat diffusion for perfectly baked products. It can be used on any kind of grids or baking trays for use in ventilated ovens. To augment the heat-and-air passage allowed by the Silform, use a perforated aluminum sheet pan or tray. Fits full size 26-inch x 18-inch sheet pan. Each mold has 5-ounce capacity. Easy to clean with warm water and a soft sponge. Made in France.
