Volume of space inside larger mold 33.2 ounce (981 milliliters) If you're buying the smaller mold (also sold by the piece, item number SAV160/80 H 40 mm), you'll get a savarin food product with outer diameter 6-1/4 inch (160 millimeters), center hole diameter 3-1/8 inch (80 millimeters) and height 1-9/16 inch (40 millimeters).
