A TASTE OF HISTORY - Young Hyson is considered one of the finer, high quality teas during colonial times. Named after English tea merchant, Phillip Hyson, the prized Young Hyson Tea was pointedly taxed by King George III more than any other tea. During the Boston Tea Party, 70 chests of Hyson were destroyed.
