About Oriarm 250g / 8.82oz Anxi Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea
Note: It is modern green style tieguanyin oolong tea, in Chinese it is called qing xiang (clean aroma) tieguanyin tea. It is not the traditional style roasted tieguanyin tea which in Chinese is called nong xiang (strong aroma) tieguanyin tea. Currently in stock is 2021 spring tea. Taste specialty: This types of tieguanyin tea has light fermentation degree, fresh taste like green tea but aroma is a little stronger than green tea; Fresh vegetal, orchid floral aroma, tea soup is smooth and have a little sour feeling. After drink will have some taste we call 'GuanYin Yun' in your mouth, it's a little fresh sour feeling and floral aroma, sometimes someone may have some cream feeling. Brewing Tips: Chinese Gongfu Method: Gaiwan 150-200ml 5-8g tea Water temperature: 212℉ / 100℃ 4 steeps: rinse, 30s, 60s, 90s, 120s. Cup Method: Teacup: 12oz / 355ml Water temperature: 212℉ / 100℃ 5g tea Brewing time: 2-4 minutes.
