You can also choose to not use the included pans and use your own dinnerware or foil pans by setting them directly on the flat 8-inch by 18-inch warming tray. You can keep food warm for hours at all your social gatherings without using an open flame or warming water. Serve cheesy garlic mashed potatoes, hot gravy and tender turkey breasts all at the same time. Each 2.5 Quart pan has its own BPA-Free clear dome lids with built-in slot for serving utensils.
