A beautifully manufactured Small stainless steel cheese knife - perfect for Parmesan! The knives are manufactured by a European cutler renown for over 50 years for producing the finest steel blades available anywhere. The small factory has always produced cheese knives using traditional methods, but at the same time it has remained at the forefront of technological evolution in steel-making: this has enabled it to recently move into a larger and more modern buildings inside the same town. Each knife has a stainless steel cutting blade measuring approx. 55mm (2") long. The handles are manufactured from well seasoned Beechwood and are fitted with brass ferrules: these knives are expected to last a lifetime!
