During Manufacturer testing, at full capacity liquids only gained 4 degrees over 24 hours & 8 degrees over 48 hours while at room temperature. Comes with everything You need to get started, including, (4) Food Grade 16G CO2 Cartridges. Instructions are simple; Fill the growler with your choice of beverage Install the CO2 cartridge into the cap sleeve Twist the sleeve onto the cap Screw the cap onto the growler and enjoy!Control the pressures with the built-in Mechanical PSI gauge and adjust pressures accordingly with the adjustment knob on the cap. Recommended Beverage Pressures; Beer (5-8PSI), IPA (7-10PSI), Sparkling Wine, Soda (12-15PSI).
