Our 10 inch insulated tortilla warmer is made for keeping tortillas fresh and warm of for over one hour! You can either microwave or heat up your tortillas separately on the stove, grill or comal and place them inside afterwards. Regardless you will be satisfied with the end results. These warmers are durable and easy to use. For those of you who still like their tortillas with black burnt marks giving the traditional char taste, you can still enjoy the same flavor and not sacrificing warm and freshness. These are great for big parties (Taco Tuesday) and dinner events. Stack a dozen tortillas for about two minutes in the microwave and enjoy quick and easy tortilla steaming. Its great to own multiple warmers for this purpose. They are equally as great for individual use. 30 seconds for 2-3 tortillas in the microwave and your on your way on making some tacos for yourself or with family and friends. Microwave not your thing, no problem. You can still heat up tortillas the traditional way and use the tortilla warmer to keep the tortillas fresh, soft and warm. Take them off the flame or iron pan just throw them in the warmer. The temperature from the other tortillas in the pouch keeps the warmth inside hot for a long period of time and it's also using the existing water from the tortillas to keep all the tortillas from becoming hard and stale. No longer will that happen again using La Tortilla Oven brand warmers. You can also use this as a potato bag. Yes, except that this potato bag really works because our tortilla warmers are insulated with a food grade film that traps the heat and steam inside the pouch creating a very hot environment. No other potato bag can claim the same results as ours can. Results will vary depending how strong wattage is your microwave and how many and thickness of the potatoes are a factor.
