Fansel Home Dairy is designed to produce hard and soft cheese. The dairy has a simple yet well-thought construction, which allows to make true home cheese even if you are just a beginner. The dairy has a pasteurizer function, that is why even fresh milk is suitable as primary product. The dairy design is quite simple. The walls of the 15-liter dairy are hollow to create a “water coat”, which evenly disburses the temperature across the whole internal cavity. It is necessary when making home cheese. On the top of the tank there is a cover with a slot for two electronic thermometers with gauges.
