About Coopers Irish Stout Can Kit
Coopers canned beer kits are unique because they are the only kits produced by a working brewery: Coopers in Australia. Thomas Coopers Irish Stout is an authentic recipe containing a blend of malted barley, roasted barley, flaked barley and hops. It becomes a rich, dark brew displaying coffee, chocolate and licorice aromatics with roasty bitter notes leading to a dry finish. The pour will show a turbulent, cascading tan foaming action. Eventually, it settles into a creamy beige-colored head. Color: 54.3 SRM IBU: 29 (Fuggle) Produces 6 gallons of beer. This kit requires an extra 2 pounds of fermentable sugar to reach its optimal flavor and alcohol content.
