The Exchilerator is made of materials made for potable water, your cooling waste water can be used again with no chemical or garden hose taste. No low budget hose clamps, all stainless collars and lead free fittings. The Exchilerator will work with a pump or gravity and is easy to clean, just run your favorite brewery cleanser through it or flush with hot water from hot liquor tank as with any chiller all liquids should be blown out with co before storing.
