NOTE: This is not a full size trunk. It is a jewelry keepsake box to store jewelry and trinkets. Measurements are listed. This Linden Wood Chest with Lock and Key is a one of a kind storage box for your trinkets, keepsakes, jewelry, memorabilia, or cuff links and more. The box is made of Linden wood, is reinforced with feather joints, and the base of the interior is lined with red velvet to protect your personal treasures. The box is decorated with a Treasure Chest look that has been burned and carved into the wood by hand. Perfect for jewelry, cuff links, desk accessories mementos from world travels, money, identification, credit cards and other personal effects. There are many cheaply made poor quality boxes for sale that look good in a picture but when you open the box you wish you chose a different box. This box is not cheap wood put together with glue and nails and then stained and lacquered to cover up the poor quality. High quality aged linden wood put together by using wood joints such as corner joints, feather joints, and miter joints. You WILL be impressed by the quality of the workmanship. Woodworking like this is a dying art. Please support artists making boxes by hand instead of machines pumping out low quality boxes. Note: Due to being a unique handmade item, box may vary slightly from picture. Each box has its own, unique personality that casts an aura of mystery and a feeling of distinction.
