Quality debris free Pinon pine resin will help you save time & money by eliminating the tedious process of transforming raw resin into a minimally processed & useful product. Ready to use for DIY. We take the prep work out so you can spend more time doing what you enjoy. Typically arrives in a hard state. Remove from container by using a double boiler on low heat & stir frequently with wood craft stick while heating. Take care not to heat at high temps as this changes consistency & removes medicinal properties. Note: Some minimal debris may be present at the bottom of each container & resin color varies. Beeswax Food Wraps Recipe: 1/4 c. beeswax, 1 T. Jojoba oil, 2 T. Pinon Resin. NOTE:2 T. = 1 oz. Once resin is heated combine with other ingredients using double boiler & then baste onto fabric. Bake at 225 on foil lined cookie sheet for 3-4 minutes. Blot excess & hang to dry. Makes 4-8x8" squares.
