PRESSURE COOKING MADE SAFE – Only the Nutri-Pot features the Sure-Lock safety system which ensures the Nutri-Pot will only pressurize when the lid is securely in place and remains in place. This system includes a 3-point lid lock system, a bottom pressure switch, a food blocking cap, a pressure release safety device and a thermostat which all work in tandem to ensure the Nutri-Pot’s lid safely locks and the pressure can be safely released while maintaining a safe temperature.
