Bestmax L filter candle, BWT water+more size XL, filter capacity approx. 5200 litres, without filter head. As a rule, the importance of good coffee water, as supplied by the Bestmax L filter cartridge, is known, but is neglected frequently enough. The use of a water filter to obtain particle-free brewing water for coffee and tea is a simple economic calculation. Without such a filter candle, more coffee is needed, as water contaminated with particles requires a higher dosage due to its stronger taste. In addition, when heating the brewing water, these particles are deposited in the machine.
