To prevent buns from becoming stale or saturated with moisture, its bun compartment features humidity control. This unit has a cooking temperature range between 85 and 175 degrees Fahrenheit. The Adcraft HDS-1300W/100 hot dog steamer's lids and body are constructed of stainless steel—an easy-to-clean metal that offers durability and corrosion resistance. To provide visibility and improve merchandising, a full-view tempered glass window is furnished on both the operator's and guest's sides.
