At a full 28 inches long by 22 inches wide, this reversible board is a true workhouse that is large enough for recipes big and small. Hand crafted from tropical Acacia wood. Unlike other woods that require continual maintenance and easily show stains, Acacia is capable of handling even the most demanding chef. The thick 3/4" construction helps to prevent the pastry and cutting board from warping, while two lips stabilize the board on a countertop and act as a backsplash to prevent messes.
