Maintain in angle between 22¡ã to 46¡ã when sharpening knife. 2.Coarse sharpening and fine honing 2 in 1. ÙTips down for coarse sharpening ÚTips up for fine honing 3.Oval handle, ergonomic design, comfortable and safe handling 4.Anti-slippery silicone pad cover the whole bottom keeps it steady for use. Press and slide the knife heel to the sharpener slot. 1. For straight knives Step 1: Coarse sharpening ? Knife tip down, pull through the knife in angle between 15 to 45 degree.
