This heavy duty, die-cast aluminum based egg slicer is built to handle frequent use. Its stainless steel cutting wires efficiently provide consistent even slices, making it the perfect addition to any kitchen. Although easy to clean, cast aluminum is NOT suitable for most detergents and high temperatures associated with dishwashers which can cause discoloration and therefore should be HAND WASHED ONLY after use.
