It stands or hangs for easy placement in the oven and, as a grilling tool, works equally well when cooking with charcoal or gas grills, BBQ smokers and rotisseries, too. Easy to use. Simply clean the thermometer with a damp cloth before first use. Stand or hang the thermometer where needed with the dial positioned for easy viewing. Wear oven gloves when moving the thermometer into or out of the oven. Made with stainless steel, HIC Roasting’s Oven Thermometer is durable and compact for easy use. Hand wash in warm, soapy water as needed. Do not use the thermometer over the operating temperature range, subject it to extreme temperature change, or submerge it in water.
