These Nitrogen (N2) chargers allow you to infuse pure Nitrogen into dark beers and porters, to give you a very smooth and foamy texture without compromising taste. Nitrogen restricts the amount of oxygen in the coffee which slows down the rate of oxidation which makes coffee sour and bitter the longer it sits. Therefore because nitro coffee retains its fresh flavor it can be prepared in advance before serving it or adding it to other drinks and dishes.
