Introducing the NEW Avid Armor Ultra Series USV32 Chamber Vacuum Sealer System. Chamber vacuum sealers are a proven technology used for many years in the commercial packaging industry. Chamber vacuum technology picks up where the standard, suction-type vacuum sealers begin to fall short. The USV32 Chamber Vacuum Sealer is made to create a maximum level of vacuum when sealing all types of food, but also excels at effectively vacuum sealing any liquid or moisture rich food. Everything from soups, sauces, and marinades to your favorite infused cocktail. The USV32 Chamber Vacuum Sealer is equipped with the latest in commercial grade chamber technology, but unlike others on the market, the USV32 was designed with a sleek, stainless-steel body, low-profile glass lid, small footprint that doesn't overtake your counter space, and side handles for easy carrying from counter to storage, making it the perfect complement to your home kitchen. Operating the USV32 is simple. The pouch is placed in the 'chamber', the lid is closed to create an airtight seal. During the vacuum cycle, air is removed from the chamber, the pouch is sealed, and lastly, air is put back into the chamber, immediately creating a vacuum packed pouch. Since air isn't being sucked out of the pouch itself, you are able to effectively vacuum seal any liquid with ease.
