We have updated our 10828 plastic universal artificial tree stand in 2023 with the addition of injection molded metal brackets at the leg hinge points to support heavier trees. Designed to hold trees up to 9 feet tall and up to 220 pounds. The adjustable metal colander will hold pointed and flat tree posts with diameters between 1.25 inches and 2.125 inches. The stand uses five scratch-resistant wheels. Each of the four legs has a locking caster wheel, plus we have an additional wheel in the center that engages to touch the floor when a tree is extra heavy. Note that if the center wheel does not touch the floor, there is nothing to worry about; it just means your tree isn’t heavy enough to need additional support. Assembly is quick and simple. Unfold the legs, then screw in the four caster wheels that go on the end of each leg. Then follow the directions to secure your tree post (varies based on size and pointed/flat tip). The assembled dimensions of the stand are 29" wide x 29" long x 11" tall.
