New Indestructible Plastic Reel & Empty Box 10.5 inch for 1/4" reel to reel tape Box and reel are so strong a 200lb man can stand on top and it will NOT crush the box! see pics! These are not your normal type reel to reel boxes. These are super strong and durable like a box made out of wood or metal. Throw out your old Reel to Reel boxes you have used in the past. They fall apart and do not protect your tape. These boxes are as strong as steel and will not crush! Remember those strong Ampex boxes ? Well they are nothing compared to the strength and durability of these boxes. These boxes are designed to hold your expensive reel in place without movement and without that piece. These boxes fit every 10.5 inch plastic and metal reel ever made with or without tape. Once you try one you will never go back to the used junk boxes that have been around for years.I've purchased a few of these plastic take up reels from you before. I just wanted to let you know that I have a Teac X-2000R and X-1000R and so far, they seem to work very well. The trick is however, if your deck is using the TZ-612 Nab adapters, there is a metal clip on the bottom of these adapters. You can remove that clip and this will allow the plastic reel to lock flush on the adapter. I've tried it on both of my Teac decks and I've had no problems so far......Just thought I would pass that on to you and I look forward to purchasing more from you in the future....Thanks,
