About Ztto 15mm Thru Axle To 5mm Quick Release Skewers

When you bought high end thru axle hub wheels and do not want to change your expensive 9mm dropout fork, this product will definitely save your bacon! This product converts 15mm thru-axle adapter to standard 5mm quick release. convert your existing 15mm thru axle hub to a standard 5mm quick release skewer to fit standard 9mm x 100mm wide dropout forks. Tool-Free Installation Just insert the adapter into the thru axle hub and then you can secure the wheel using a standard 5mm quick release skewer. For better installation the use of small amount of grease around the O-rings will make installation easier. Slide in a standard 5mm quick release skewer and then you can install it on standard 9mm x 100mm fork. High-End 7075 Alloy Material and Full CNC Machined We know when you are riding through a complex terrain or other extremely conditions, the strength will make a big difference and everyone want their bike be lighter. So we decided to use genuine 7075 aluminium alloy instead of cheap 6061 aluminium alloy. The 7075 aluminum alloy is both more expensive and more prone to corrosion than 6061 aluminum alloy. The 7075 alloy is primarily composed of zinc as the alloying agent of the aluminum, as well as higher levels of magnesium and copper than are found in 6061 aluminum. This makes this composition of aluminum alloy as hard as many steels while still retaining the lightweight qualities of aluminum. CNC is the acronym for Computer Numerical Control. It refers to the idea of controlling machine tools via computer. A CNC product was made of a one-piece aluminum and only cut out the unnecessary part with out any deform, so the part is more durable than a punching pressed part. That means the cost of this process is much expensive than other process.
