About the Author Andrew Bushard belonged to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) from 2004-2006. Additionally he tried to unionize a call center in Minneapolis, MN. He is currently unionizing his call center in Austin, TX. He has joined the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) and uses its network and resources to unionize his call center.
