This Eaton Weatherhead 24710N-610 hose and flare tube swivel fitting is suitable for connecting a hose to a tube in a range of fluid transfer applications. It is made of zinc-plated 12L14 carbon steel for strength and durability. The fitting has a socket with a hose insert on one end for use with 1/2" inside diameter (ID) hoses, and 7/8-14 female Joint Industry Council (JIC) threads on the other end for use with 5/8"outside diameter (OD) tubes. The swivel nut accommodates Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) 37-degree and 45-degree connections. This hose and flare tube swivel fitting is suitable for use in trucking, industrial, and other applications.Tube fittings are components used for connecting, branching, terminating, and changing the direction of tubing in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
