.【Accurate measure】✐ The specific gravity cup is equipped with a tight stainless steel cover ,with a small hole in the center ,to allow excess sample material to overflow without generating bubbles and improve the accuracy .The measurement error is within 1 mg (0.001%).
.【Precision processing】✐ The cup body of the specific gravity cup is made of high-quality stainless steel, with precise workmanship, corrosion resistance, and good finish on the inner and outer walls.
.【Cylindrical cup】 ✐ The specific gravity cup is a cylindrical design, with a large opening design, which is convenient to use and clean.
.【Application】✐ The specific gravity cup is suitable for measuring the specific gravity of various coatings and auxiliary materials, oils and other liquids.
.【Tips】✐ The specific gravity cup should be cleaned and dried immediately after use, put in a box, and stored at room temperature.
Product Description: Density refers to the weight under particular temperature of per unit volume. It is used as quality control, because the error of components in the coating will produce different density readings. Our sells density cylindrical cup, big mouth, convenient pour in and out and cleaning. The stainless steel cover with a small hole in the center ,to allow excess sample material to overflow without generating bubbles and improve the accuracy . Density cup is made of stainless steel, used of metric units, and density cup can fill liquid of specified amount. There are three different density cup sizes for options:37ml,50ml,100ml. Technical parameters: 1.100ml volumetric ISO standard size; 50ml specific volume; 37ml volumetric GB standard size, the measurement error is within 1 mg (0.001%). 2. Test is carried out in 23°C±2°C, in accordance with ISO standards Operation procedures: 1.Weigh and record the weight of the clean density cup. 2.Adjust the density and the temperature of the test liquid(20°C±0.5°C/68°F±1.0°F). 3.Load the sample into the density cup. 4.Cover with a flat lid to avoid air bubbles. 5. Use an absorbent cloth to soak up the spilled liquid. 6.Weigh the density cup filled with liquid. Calculation method: ρ= (M2 - M1)/ V M1 = weight of empty cup (g) M2 = total weight of cup and pattern (g) V = volume of the cup (ML)
