Featuring 16 stainless steel spikes on each foot, that range in length from 3/8-1/2 an inch, the cleats ensure secure footing on steeps and traverses. Six forward-facing toe spikes dig into slopes, while the 3-point heel piece reduces snow buildup while hiking. A durable stainless steel undercarriage, and heavy-duty rubber rubber webbing are built to withstand rugged terrain, season after season. The Yaktrax Ascent Traction Spikes for Backcountry Excursions are ideal for hiking and snow travel, with a thick elastomer binding that stretches to fit over most men’s and women’s shoes and boots.
