It Straps On, Inc., Type 201 wing seals are used with ISO band, won’t oxidize, and are corrosion resistant except in the most demanding environments. Type 201 wing seals are harder and stronger than either Type 304 and 316 stainless steel wing seals. ISO is an American manufacturer, and our stainless steel is melted and manufactured in the USA to ASTM Standards. It Straps On, Inc. products are a perfect choice anytime your application requires strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Type 201 Stainless Steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese stainless steel that has been fully annealed. It is nonmagnetic when it has been annealed. It can become slightly magnetic if it has been cold worked. Easily installs with ISO band using the following tools: Cool Tool #TOO1, Ratchet Tensioner #T101, and Tensioning Tool #T1916.
