BrandBold Brilliance Concrete DEGREASER NEUTRALIZER is a full strength alkaline and masonry cleaner concentrate designed to remove oil, dirt, grease and wax from concrete. BrandBold Brilliance Concrete DEGREASER NEUTRALIZER also cleans and neutralizes acid stain prior to sealing. DEGREASER NEUTRALIZER is biodegradable and safely replaces flammable solvents.
