4. A flat bottom might be necessary when vials have to run within the instrument on a slightly downwards tendency and preferred for manual headspace autosamplers

5. Clear glass vials with 20 mm crimp seal finish are designed to fit most headspace autosamplers. Flat bottom maximizes heating efficiency.
About ALWSCI Borosilicate Glass Clear Flat Bottom
ALWSCI have a wall thickness of 1mm. A bevelled top Headspace Neck might be required for some special closure systems (PerkinElmer) . Allowing for even heating and safer operation at higher pressures. Vials are manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass and accept 20 mm aluminum seals.
