High binding surface binds medium (greater than 10kD) and large biomolecules that possess ionic groups and/or hydrophobic regions. Binding capacity is approximately 500ng of mouse IgG/sq cm. Ideal for immunoassays. Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions. EIA/RIA microplate is tested on a lot-to-lot basis and the certification results for each lot are made available upon request by contacting local Corning Life Sciences offices.
