This individually wrapped Corning 96-Well EIA/RIA microplate is tested on a lot-to-lot basis and the certification results for each lot are made available upon request by contacting local Corning Life Sciences offices. High binding surface binds medium (greater than 10kD) and large biomolecules that possess ionic groups and/or hydrophobic regions. Binding capacity is approximately 500ng of mouse IgG/sq cm. Ideal for immunoassays. It has a total well volume of 360µL and a recommended working volume of 75 to 200µL. Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions. Non-sterile.
