This Corning 96-well half area microplate has a UV-transparent well bottom and is ideal for determining protein and/or nucleic acid concentrations. It is certified for low background and consistent performance at 260 and 280nm, and also certified DNase- and RNase-free. The UV-transparent bottom is molded directly to an acrylic base for greater strength and maximum leak resistance. The half area microplate has a well volume of 205µL and a recommended working volume of 25 to 125µL. A 1cm pathlength corresponds to a 175µL volume. Nonsterile. Lid Available Separately.
