About Krytox By Chemours GPL 227 Anticorrosion Grease
Krytox GPL227 Grease has the best properties for corrosive environments and extreme pressure applications with extremely high operating temperatures. Useful temperature range: -30C thru 288C. Base Oil viscosity, 42cSt @ 100C / 440cSt/40C. Oil separation from grease, wt loss, % per 30hr @ 99C = 3. NLGI Grade 2. Krytox GPL227 contains Sodium Nitrite for highly corrosive environment applications and can be used on components that may come in contact with all chemicals including acids, bases, solvents and other reactive chemicals. Typical applications include valves, bearings, seal barrier fluids, instruments and oxygen systems. Additionally, Krytox Grease is compatible with all elastomeric seal materials and engineering plastics.
