This Eppendorf A-4-38 swing-bucket rotor with a 4 x 85 mL round bucket array is for use with centrifuge models 5702, 5702 R, or 5702 RH. The rotor has a maximum rotational speed of 4,400 RPM and relative centrifugal force (rcf) of 3,000 x g. Four round 85 mL buckets are included with the rotor and aerosol-tight caps are available in sets of two for the individual buckets (sold separately). The rotor can also be operated with 90 mL rectangular buckets (sold separately). Several adapters are available to fit additional types of blood collection and cell culture tubes (sold separately). This swing-bucket rotor is an accessory for use with Eppendorf centrifuge models 5702, 5702 R, or 5702 RH, which spin biological lab samples at high speeds to separate cellular material into component parts.
