Across International 2.5 cu ft forced air ovens use digital micro-computer control to enhance temperature precision, accuracy, and uniformity. The memory function memorizes all your settings when the power is off, and resumes previous oven operation when powered back on. The alarm can also be set to alert when the working temperature is not within the desired range.
