About Millipore Sigma 91015-500G Tributyrin Agar For

For the detection and enumeration of lipolytic microorganisms in food and other material (staphylococci, pseudomonads, clostridiae and marine flavobacteria). Dissolve 20 g in 1 litre distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Let cool to 80°C and add 10 g neutral tributyrin (Fluka No. 91010).
