About Shars 4MT Long Nose High Speed Medium Duty CNC Live

The live center has a combination of double row angular contact ball bearing from IJK bearing from Japan, P5 Class thrust ball bearing, and needle roller bearing. Extra long Spindle point extends into needle bearing supported shank to effectively improve rotating performance and reduce vibration. The 60 rotating spindle is made from bearing steel with heat treat to HRc 60+/-2 for high rigidity and wear resistance. Hardened body and taper shank for extra strength, rigidity and long life. The anti-dust seal can prevent cutting fluid and dust from entering into the center bearing.
