The TEK-25 Battery Welder is a high-performance professional tool with 2x better holding power compared to metal seals. It supports a polyester (PET) strapping of 3/4-inch and 1-inch wide, and polypropylene (PP) strapping of 3/4-inch wide. This electric welding strapping tool is equipped with a brushless motor and Bosch 18V Li-Ion battery 4.0Ah. The new beveled bottom sealing base for easy insertion under tightened straps. Adjustable sealing time suited for all strap thicknesses. Reduces costs by eliminating the need for metal seals on your PET/PP strapping. This battery-operated strap sealer is used to secure the ends of the PET and PP strapping without using seals when packaging heavy loads, such as with pallets, building materials, etc. The banding process consists of three stages: feeding the strap around the package, tensioning the strap, and sealing its ends with a battery-powered strapping tool via automatically welding it.
