The CTA-17HD can be applied in the physical property analysis of samples in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, dairy, meat products, cosmetics, seafood, baked goods, grain and oil products, health products, condiments, gels, candies, fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, and agricultural products. It can quantify a wide range of physical properties, including hardness, brittleness, tenderness, stickiness, elasticity, toughness, cohesiveness, chewiness, gel strength, tensile strength, rupture strength, shear strength, compressive strength, penetration strength, creep properties, and relaxation properties. 4.
