The 8215N thermometer has a 3 point calibration for accuracy across the entire range. The anti-parallax dial design and high visibility graphics paired with a bright red pointer allow for easy readability from various angles. The 7 ¾” stainless steel stem easily attaches the side of frothing cups and tall walled pots with an adjustable pan clip.
