Suitable for most HVAC and industrial applications, the IRT657 features a backlit LCD display, over-range indication, auto measuring capability, and temperature data storage. The IRT 657 measures temperatures from - 40-degrees to 1076-degrees F ( - 40-degrees to 580-degrees C ) with an accuracy of +/- 2-percent and a 12:1 spot ratio. Also included are a soft carrying pouch and a certificate of traceable calibration. Its Star Burst laser targeting system enables the user to approximate the size of the measured spot, resulting in a quick and accurate temperature measurement.
