About NOSHOK 800 Series 316 Stainless Steel Bleed Hard
Bleed Hard Seat Needle Valves provide a convenient means to relieve process pressures trapped between a shut off valve and the instrument. Use the same bonnet assemblies of the 100/150 Series Mini Valves with an integrated single threaded body for insertion in vent port. 10000 psi pressure rating at 200 degrees F maximum. Viton O-ring seal and Teflon back-up ring below the stem threads to protect from corrosion and galling. All stem threads are 316 stainless steel. All stem threads are rolled for strength and ease of operation. 0.159" Bleed hole. Patent-pending body-to-bonnet, metal-to-metal seal is designed to significantly increase the pressure range of the valve without compromising the flow, and help maintain the integrity of the bonnet threads by segregating them from the process media. Electropolished 316 Stainless Steel material.
