This test strip is calibrated at 0, 100, 250, and 500ppm, and gives results in just seconds. Peracetic acid is another sanitizing agent primarily used in some segments of the food industry, such as organic produce and poultry. Instructions: Remove one test strip from the vial, being careful not to touch the test pad with your fingers. Dip the test strip into the solution to be tested for 2 seconds. Remove and shake off any excess liquid. Compare the test pad to the color chart after 10 seconds.
